Dark Dante born November 30, 1963 received his first computer for his 16th birthday and discovered coding & programming
At 17 he hacked into ARPANET and telecom networks, got caught by the police and all his equipment got taken
He got bored and hacked a radio competition
He hacked all 25 incoming phone lines to Los Angeles radio station KIIS-FM, blocked other callers and made himself the winner to win a Porsche💀
But wasn’t satisfied yet and hacked into systems linked to the FBI and the US military
This Pissed off the US government, had to flee for 18 months but was later arrested April 1991 after being recognized while shopping
He Pleaded guilty 1994, sentenced 1995 to 51 months in prison, paid a fine of $56,000
After his release, he became a journalist, worked as a senior editor, wrote the book Kingpin and helped develop tools to track criminals online
Started coding as a teen, hacked networks early, got caught and decided to change his ways, his Dad lore is gonna be epic
