Recently browsing information about Dungeon Saga, it's quite interesting, not really like those pure hype NFT projects.

It's a blockchain game running on the OP_CAT Layer, with two core points: fairness + combined gameplay.
Here's a simple summary of what I understand as the key points:
Instead of directly minting finished NFTs, you mint "fragments"
8 parts from the same faction → combine to form 1 complete Hero
There will only be 10,500 complete characters in the entire network, and this cap is locked in.
The generation logic is quite hardcore:
TXID + block hash (SHA-256) for randomness
No one can pre-calculate the results before block confirmation, making it cleaner than many projects.
Factions are divided into 7 (Light vs Dark), with a maximum of 1,500 heroes per faction.
Later, guilds, alliances, resource battles, are all centered around this.
And it's not just a PPT project.
Offline, 100 guilds have already been established, which is quite key.
The economic model is also quite straightforward:
$SAGA total supply of 2.1 billion, mostly allocated for in-game incentives (PVE / PVP / GVG / staking)
The team only takes 10%.
The minting mechanism is even more game-like:
Whitelist starting at 0.001 BTC, increasing in tiers
No wallet limit, depends on how daring you are to participate.
What I find interesting about this project is:
The fragments you hold might just be the piece someone else needs.
If liquidity picks up later, this kind of "puzzle-like scarcity" could be quite fun.
