Stop-loss is really like a breakup, dragging it out without clear communication, and in the end, you only get deeper into the trap... I used to always think "wait a bit longer, break even and then leave," but what I got was not breaking even, but fees and opportunity costs constantly deducted, and my mindset was worn down. Now I prefer to admit losses early, free up some positions to do something more certain, like switching to a cheaper and smoother L2 to run liquidity, so at least each operation doesn't make my heart bleed.

Recently, someone has been watching large on-chain transfers and abnormal movements in exchange hot and cold wallets as "smart money," but honestly, what you see is often just a shadow, not the answer. I'm tired but still here, anyway, discipline is more reliable than emotions, so for now, that's it.
