Don't be discouraged; as long as you're alive, there's hope. If you're committed to trading contracts for stable profits, I recommend you learn technical analysis well, focus only on Bitcoin and Ethereum, and avoid altcoins. Every time I get tempted to trade altcoins, I end up losing; you can't beat the market makers. Bitcoin and Ethereum are relatively stable in their fluctuations, making them easier to manage.
