Michael Saylor's 21 Rules of Bitcoin is a manifesto he shared at the BTC Prague 2024 keynote and later officially published on X. These rules summarize Bitcoin's philosophy, psychology, and long-term strategy – the clearest expression of a maximalist perspective.
