A fund password is a security mechanism that works independently from your login credentials. This protective measure adds an extra layer of authentication to your account. When enabled, you'll need to enter this password to authorize withdrawals and pass certain security checks.

Your fund password operates as a dedicated security checkpoint that's separate from your account login credentials. If you've configured a fund password on your account, the system will prompt you to enter it whenever you initiate a withdrawal or complete security verification. This dual-password approach significantly strengthens your account protection against unauthorized access.

Step-by-Step Guide to Setting Up Your Fund Password

Getting started is straightforward. First, navigate to the Account & Security page by clicking on your profile icon located in the top right corner of the screen. Once there, proceed to Advanced Protection → Fund Password → Settings.

At this point, you'll be asked to input your new fund password and confirm it by clicking the Confirm button. After successful entry, complete the required security verification and click Confirm once more. Congratulations—your fund password is now active on your account.

Password Requirements You Must Follow

When creating your fund password, keep these specifications in mind:

• Your fund password cannot be identical to your login password
• Length must be between 8-30 characters
• Include at least one uppercase letter (A-Z)
• Include at least one lowercase letter (a-z)
• Include at least one numerical digit (0-9)

These requirements ensure your fund password meets industry-standard security protocols.

How to Change or Disable Your Fund Password

Should you need to modify or remove your fund password, look for the Change or Disable button positioned next to the Fund Password field. Keep in mind that a 24-hour withdrawal restriction will apply after you initiate a reset. During this cooldown period, you won't be able to withdraw your assets.

Recovering Your Fund Password: Two Reset Methods

If you've forgotten your fund password, the system provides two convenient recovery options:

Option 1: Use the Disable Fund Password window — Select "Having problems with verification?" to access the recovery process.

Option 2: Use the Change Fund Password window — Click "Forgot Fund Password" to initiate the reset.

Both paths will redirect you to the Reset Security Settings page. From there, select the Fund Password reset option and click Confirm. You'll then need to complete the required security verification.
