A well-known project recently sparked user doubts due to credibility issues. According to feedback, the project team withdrew the 500 points given to new users upon registration, which is hard to accept—it's like signing up for a membership card at a fast-food chain, where they promise to include video membership benefits, but after activating the card, the benefits are revoked.

This kind of practice is indeed hurtful. Anyone who has run a small business understands that while "羊毛党" (coupon hunters) can be annoying, once the rules are set, they should be followed through. I have also been exploited by clients before, but no matter how difficult, I stick to my promises—because trust is the foundation. This move by the project team is not just a policy adjustment; it’s eroding user confidence. The Web3 ecosystem fundamentally relies on trust, and such actions are equivalent to self-destruction.
