The night my account dropped from 3200U to just 980U, I finally truly reflected on myself.

When I first entered the scene, I knew nothing—chasing high and getting trapped, bottom fishing and getting hammered, the account balance dropping day by day. Every time I thought the next trade would recover my losses, but the result was more and more losses. That kind of mentality is like a bottomless pit; no matter how much you fill it, it’s never enough.

Until the worst loss, I stopped and asked myself: Is the market really targeting me? The answer is—no. I just gamble too much.

After that, I changed three iron rules:
✅ Only act at precise levels; better to miss out than to enter recklessly
✅ Take profits quickly, and repeatedly roll positions to accumulate
✅ Cut losses immediately when wrong; holding on stubbornly is a big taboo

In a week of following these rules, I only made 3 trades. I didn’t aim for sky-high gains, just stable profits—980U → 1600U → 2500U → 3700U.

The key change is in mindset. Previously, I chased the market, running after it; now, I wait for confirmation before acting.

The secret to turning around with small funds is actually very simple: instead of gambling on luck, focus on rhythm. When your mindset is stable, profits will naturally come. Those rushing to make quick money will only end up losing everything. Proper capital management and strict stop-loss discipline are the only long-term survival rules.

These three iron laws are spot on, but based on my analysis, the ones who can truly stick with it are probably one in a hundred... Most people just can't withstand the psychological torment.

That's right, mindset is indeed the biggest enemy. That vicious cycle of chasing highs and dumping lows really gets to you; I've been there too, feeling like I lost three or four months' worth of profits in a week... Still, you have to learn self-control, or you'll keep bouncing back and forth on the cutting line.

To be honest, this is just the process of quitting gambling, nothing mysterious about it.

Really, when it comes to mindset, it's all tears when you talk about it.
