Survive first, go with the trend

1. Trend is king, tools in action:
Use EMA200 to determine direction (price above EMA200 indicates an uptrend), MACD for reversal signals (golden cross below zero line for long entries), avoid blind trading without trend, win rate can be improved to over 60%.

2. Risk control is the lifeline:
Single trade loss no more than 2% of principal, leverage strictly controlled within 3-5x, spot position not exceeding 20% of total assets, closely monitor key support levels (such as recent lows), stay alive to have opportunities.

3. Multi-dimensional trend judgment:
Technical analysis with RSI, support and resistance, on-chain whale transfer monitoring, exchange reserves, macro focus on Federal Reserve policies, inflation data, sentiment analysis with fear and greed index, no single indicator as decision basis.

4. Reject emotional traps:
Avoid FOMO chasing gains and averaging down on losses, accept “missing 80% of volatility,” only seize high-probability opportunities (like breaking key levels + volume increase), use fixed risk-reward ratio (at least 1:1.5) instead of “feeling-based take profit.”

5. Cycle-adapted strategies:
In bull markets, mainly hold spot; in volatile markets, use coin-margined trading to profit from fluctuations (increase BTC holdings); in bear markets, strictly control positions, hold more stablecoins, in extreme conditions reduce leverage first and then observe, do not fight the trend.
