To be honest, I used to be the kind of person who watched the market every day, but as a result, my account actually shrank. You're absolutely right, doing nothing is the hardest lesson. The biggest gains in these two years actually came from those coins I almost sold. Frequent trading really is just consuming oneself. I don't even look at candlestick charts anymore.
