Once a person becomes enlightened, one year is equivalent to ten years.

This year, my desire for knowledge is booming, my state is getting better and better, my energy is increasing, I am making daily progress and advancing by leaps and bounds. My self-awareness is rapidly improving.

I have three insights:

① People must learn; never repeat at a low level.

② In social survival, the rational brain has an advantage over the emotional brain. Emotional thinking is chaotic, daily emotional exhaustion, and insufficient mental strength.

③ IQ has no upper limit; the more you learn, the more awesome you become.

Becoming the strongest brain through the process of cultivating the mind is the key to winning the competition.
