In the first few years of entering the circle, I was no different from most rookie investors. Staying up late every night watching the K-line, chasing gains and selling losses recklessly, getting liquidated, insomnia, mental breakdowns... I’ve tasted all the苦水. Until one day, I finally understood: the real enemy is never the market itself, but the fact that I never treated trading as a "formal job."

The subsequent transformation started with these five professional habits.

**First Trick: Fixed Trading Hours**. I now mainly operate after 9 PM. During the day, the market is chaotic and unpredictable, with fluctuations that are hard to read, easily influenced by news and emotions. In the evening, the market calms down significantly, emotions are mostly processed, and the K-line becomes clearer, making it much easier to judge the direction.

**Second Trick: Take profits and run, lock in gains first**. True profit isn’t the shiny number in the account, but real cash in hand. For example, if I earn 1000U, I at least withdraw 300 to lock in the profit. I’ve seen too many greedy people who, after tripling their gains, refuse to leave, only to see a sudden crash wipe everything out, some even going to zero. I don’t want to experience that feeling again.

**Third Trick: Trading must be based on solid evidence**. Never trade on intuition alone. I stick to three indicators—MACD, RSI, Bollinger Bands. The entry conditions are very strict: at least two indicators must agree on the direction; otherwise, no matter how tempting the market, I stay on the sidelines and wait.

**Fourth Trick: Stop-loss levels should move upward with the market**. When the price rises, move the stop-loss up accordingly; don’t keep it fixed. When I don’t have time to monitor the market in real-time, I set a hard stop-loss at 3% to tightly control the black swan risk.

**Fifth Trick: Withdrawing funds should be rhythmic**. I withdraw 30%-50% of each profit. I don’t believe in the myth that money in the account will keep increasing; cashing out and securing gains is the most reliable feeling.

To put it simply, trading cryptocurrencies is no different from working a job—have a plan, discipline, and bottom line. If you do these well, stable profits are not a dream.
