Scammers operate 24/7, even on holidays. Before investing in any crypto project, check for the following warning signs:
Unrealistic profits? If someone promises 10x returns or zero risk, stay away. Real investments always come with risk.
Pressure tactics? “Only a few spots left” or “offer ends tonight” are classic manipulation tricks. A reputable project will never pressure you.
Unverified development team? Anonymous founders or profiles using stock photos should be major red flags. Do they have a proven track record?
No clear product? A flashy website doesn’t mean there’s real content. Do you understand what they’re actually building?
Unsolicited contact? Random messages offering investment opportunities are almost always scams. Do not engage.
Always be skeptical, do your own research, and remember—if it sounds too good to be true, it usually is a scam. Your money, your responsibility.
