🔴The Federal Reserve has officially ended its quantitative tightening program (QT), during which it reduced its balance and withdrew liquidity from the system.
🔴 The end of QT means that the outflow of funds from the market has stopped. The pressure on risk assets is easing, and financial conditions are becoming more accommodative.
❗️The next logical step is to relax policies, lower interest rates, and initiate a new liquidity cycle. This in itself alleviates the tension accumulated during QT, creating a more favorable environment for the market.
