107000 has finally arrived. This position has great pressure, and the long positions have not been able to break through strongly. The reversal signal is still unclear, and we need to continue monitoring the trend ahead.
The battle between long and short positions yesterday was quite fierce. When it dropped to around 104500, the long positions immediately stepped in to defend the market. To be honest, I didn't really think this level could hold— the short positions were too aggressive. In the end, I was proven wrong; it managed to hold up. My judgment on this was indeed a miscalculation.
What happens after holding on? Since last night, it's been a tug-of-war around 106000, and it hasn't broken that level even until this morning. This long period of sideways movement is just preparing for the morning's assault on 107000. As a result, it was just pushed down right after it was lifted up.
Currently, it is really difficult for the long positions to break through this resistance level. Will the main force directly give up this peak? If they give up, then this rebound will essentially come to an end.
I have been paying attention to this area. Now, facing such strong resistance, it's not easy to stabilize at 108000. If it can't break through, the probability of the rebound ending is very high. Looking upward, 107500, 108000, 109000, the pressure is stacked layer by layer. Only by breaking through all these key levels can a decent upward trend be expected.
Let's see how it goes next, just keep observing.
