# The doNONdo project has announced the creation of a digital state.

On November 4, the creators of the meme token doNONdo (DND10) announced the launch of the world's first digital nomads' state — State Without a State (SWS). The official manifestation is scheduled for November 5.

The proclamation will take place in the format of a collective practice of doing nothing. Project community members around the world will simultaneously spend at least 10 minutes doing nothing.

“It is proposed to visualize and embody the positive qualities of SWS — a peaceful, creative, and transformative influence on millions of living beings on the planet,”

The founders of doNONdo sent an official notice to the UN about the emergence of a new state structure and the readiness to delegate representatives to the organization's permanent assembly.

“Our initiative is based on the universal and cosmic right of all living beings to unite with like-minded individuals according to any principles or interests. We do not claim territories and do not dispute sovereignties — we simply affirm the right of every living being to self-determination,” said the project's creator Miao Shan

Participation in SWS is “open to all living beings”, including algorithms and artificial intelligence. Community members are required to comply with the laws of the countries they are in.

According to the founder, “The State Without the State” offers a constructive way out of the deadlock of post-capitalist reality through imagination and digital consensus.

doNONdo appeared in 2024. At that time, the project team published a white paper and presented the tokenomics.

In January 2025, the developers launched Marathon ― an initiative to promote the practice of inactivity. As part of the first episode of the marathon, doNONdo distributed 100 million DND10 (~$100 000).
