Walmart's killing it as 2025 winds down. Stock's through the roof - P/E at 45. Investors are loving it.

They've got this balanced thing going on. U.S. sales? Solid. E-commerce? Exploding. But here's the kicker - Walmart Connect. Ad business is on fire, up 80% year-over-year. Kind of surprising, right?

It's like a snowball effect. More traffic, better products, more services. Round and round it goes. They've thrown money at automation and delivery. Seems to be working.

Dollar Tree's not doing too shabby either. Ditched Family Dollar, focused on discounts. Sales are up, margins are better with those new price points. But tariffs are a pain, and the big guys aren't making it easy.

Walmart's pricey compared to Dollar Tree. P/E of 45 vs 25. But maybe it's worth it? They're huge, stable, and growing fast in some areas.

If you're after a retail beast, Walmart's your pick in late 2025. They've got a knack for rolling with the punches and still coming out on top. Not entirely clear how they do it, but it works.
