According to reports from the Gate Digital Money information platform, Trump described the external accusations that he had sent a birthday card to Epstein as "old news," attempting to quell public doubts about his past relationship with the infamous late financier. "I do not wish to comment further on matters that have already passed," Trump said during an interview on Tuesday morning. The day before, House Democratic members released a copy of what appeared to be a birthday card. Trump added: "I have instructed my staff to handle all related responses. This matter should have been put to rest long ago."
