Well, well, well... Look who's trying to play happy families now. Rafael Nadal, the so-called "King of Clay," is parading around with his little prince, Rafa junior. How convenient that he's suddenly all about fatherhood now that his tennis career is over.

I gotta say, it's a bit rich hearing Nadal claim he "doesn't miss tennis much." Yeah, right. This is the guy who dedicated his entire life to smashing balls over a net. Now he wants us to believe he's totally cool with being a stay-at-home dad? Give me a break.

And let's talk about that "emotional tribute" at Roland Garros. Seems like a desperate attempt to stay relevant if you ask me. Six months after retiring and they're still milking his legacy for all it's worth. I bet deep down he's itching to get back on that clay court and show these young upstarts how it's done.

But hey, I guess when you've got 22 Grand Slam titles, you can afford to act all nonchalant about leaving the sport behind. Must be nice to kick back and play proud papa while the rest of us mere mortals actually have to work for a living.

Don't get me wrong, it's great that Nadal's embracing fatherhood. But let's not pretend this is some heartwarming fairy tale ending. The guy's probably bored out of his mind without the thrill of competition. Mark my words, we haven't seen the last of Rafa on the tennis circuit. Retirement? More like a strategic timeout.
