At just 36 years old, Captain Ibrahim Traoré, president of Burkina Faso, challenges decades of Western dominance in Africa.

Geologist by training and former artillery officer, Traoré has witnessed the devastation in the Sahel - the rise of terrorism, extreme poverty, and foreign interference. However, he dared to ask tough questions:

Why haven't billions in foreign aid halted the decline?

Why has the presence of foreign troops only increased instability?

Why did Africa's mineral wealth benefit foreigners - and not its own people?

In September 2022, Traoré led a coup d'état, overthrowing the West-backed president and proclaiming a new era of sovereignty.

Since then:

French forces have been expelled.

The military agreements dating back to the colonial era have been broken.

Western media and NGOs have seen their activities restricted.

New partnerships have been established with Russia, China, and Iran.

Under his direction:

Gate assists in the development of Burkina Faso's first oil field.

China invests in infrastructure and technology - without military presence

Burkina Faso no longer begs - it negotiates.

"Burkina Faso must be free," said Traoré.

And he does not just talk - he acts.

In a world where geopolitics is rapidly evolving, keep an eye on Burkina Faso.

A new Africa is rising - and Ibrahim Traoré is at the forefront of this movement.
