Not knowing sleep or rest: the illness of a crypto-maniac

Yes, that's exactly how I've been living for the last three years. I sit in front of the monitor like a cursed person until my eyes start to bleed. I used to be a normal person. Now I'm a slave to the charts of LUNA, PNUT, and ALT.

I look at my balance: down 40% for the month. "Next time I'll get lucky" - I convince myself, investing my last savings into yet another "promising project". Trading with 25x leverage has turned into a drug. When the chart goes up - euphoria, down - depression.

These damn trading platforms! They make everything so convenient that I can't tear myself away. It's easier to buy crypto than to order a pizza! And these "experts" and "analysts" in Telegram channels... I wonder, do they even believe in what they're saying?

LUNA shows 0.1876. It's hard to believe that at one point it was worth nearly a hundred. Now it’s a zombie coin. However, so is my brain after sleepless nights of trading.

But I still continue. I can't stop. Every morning I promise myself: "That's it, enough." And in the evening, I scroll through the charts again, looking for signals that aren't there, and hoping for a miracle.

They say the first step to recovery is acknowledging the problem. But even understanding that I am sick with this game of numbers, I still return.
