Pete Davidson Jumps into Bitcoin Mystery with "Killing Satoshi" Thriller 🎬

Comedy guy Pete Davidson is switching gears. He's landed a more serious part in this Bitcoin movie "Killing Satoshi" coming in 2026. Just announced his Australia comedy tour too. Seems like he's bringing the whole Bitcoin creator mystery to regular folks now 🚀

This thriller digs into that big question - who's Satoshi Nakamoto really? And why is this information kind of dangerous? Casey Affleck's in it too. Oscar winner. Their exact roles? Not entirely clear yet.

Doug Liman's directing. Pretty cool.

"I love David and Goliath stories," Liman said. The movie follows some unlikely heroes fighting powerful people. It's about money. Who controls it.

Ryan Kavanaugh's producing. His old studio went bankrupt back in 2015. Now he's into crypto. His company Proxima is funding it with Aperture Media Partners.

"This isn't just about Bitcoin," Kavanaugh explained. He compared it to "The Social Network." Makes sense.

They start filming in London this month. The story covers Bitcoin's birth in 2009. The whole financial disruption thing. It shows the clash between Bitcoin fans and governments. Interesting tension there 🌕

Satoshi supposedly has over 1 million Bitcoin. Worth billions. Never touched it except for testing. Kinda surprising. Probably important to the plot 🔥

The movie promises politics, espionage, global power struggles. Big crypto origin story hitting theaters in 2026.
