According to reports from the encryption news platform, Cardano's founder Charles Hoskinson recently unveiled a surprising plan: to use advanced techniques from synthetic biology in an attempt to bring the already extinct dire wolf back to life.

Hoskinson stated while elaborating on this bold idea: "We can merge the existing gray wolf genes with the genetic information of the extinct giant wolf, just like mixing peanut butter and jelly, and the final result will be what is known as the giant wolf."

This project not only showcases Hoskinson's broad interests beyond blockchain technology but also reflects the potential applications of modern technology in the field of bioremediation.

However, this cross-border attempt has also sparked numerous discussions on ethics and ecology. Experts point out that reintroducing extinct species may have unpredictable effects on existing ecosystems.

It is worth noting that whether Hoskinson's actions are related to the development direction of Cardano has not yet been clearly explained.
