Recently, I found myself in a tricky trading dilemma and hope to get some professional advice. Initially, I bought 0G to earn Interest, but I discovered that not only did I not achieve the expected returns, but my principal also suffered even greater losses. Someone suggested that I use a hedging strategy, and at that time I felt that the funding was not high, which seemed like a good choice. However, just a day later, the situation took a sharp turn. The price suddenly rose, and the funding increased rapidly, reaching a frequency of once per hour, which was hard to bear. To cope with this situation, I immediately opened a long order to balance the funding, but I ended up in a worse situation—forming what is known as a "Heaven and Earth Lock," resulting in losses in both directions. Now I am in a dilemma, unsure whether to close the short order or the long order. I've encountered this situation twice before, and each time it was a double kill for both long and short, making me feel that no matter how I operate, it is difficult to win. I sincerely hope that experienced traders can share some methods and strategies to break through this predicament.
