The 5 crypto mining apps on your mobile that are deceiving you!
I have been testing these famous mobile mining apps for months and I want to share my real experience with you, not the one they sell you. Do you really think you are going to get rich mining Bitcoin from your iPhone? What a scam!
To start, yes, there are apps to "mine" with your Android or iPhone, but what no one tells you is that the hardware of your smartphone barely generates a ridiculous hash rate. It's like trying to empty the ocean with a spoon!
1. CryptoTab. One of the first mining apps and possibly the most deceptive. I installed it, activated the mining feature, and do you know how much I earned in a week? Cents. Literally cents. And in the meantime, my battery died in 3 hours and the phone was burning. Their referral system is pure multi-level marketing in disguise.
2. Other trading platforms. They offer supposed "cloud mining". Don't be fooled, you are not mining anything, you are buying mining power that you cannot verify. They sell you the illusion of participating in mining when you are actually funding their own farms.
3. StormGain. Another "cloud" mining app that makes you perform silly tasks to earn crumbs. Yes, it has a nice interface, but you have to restart it every 4 hours. Seriously? Who can keep an eye on that all day? Pure waste of time.
4. NiceHash. The only somewhat decent one, but on mobile it is practically useless. Its profitability calculator is a joke when you use it on a smartphone. It shows you potential earnings that you will never reach with your mobile.
5. Bitdeer. Expensive pricing plans for "different investment strategies". Translation: different ways to take your money by making you believe you are mining something valuable.
The truth is that mobile mining is a fantasy. My iPhone overheated, the battery lasted hours less, and the profits were ridiculous. "Easy" cryptocurrencies like Monero or DOGE are still impossible to mine profitably on a phone.
How long does it take to mine 1 Bitcoin? The network says "10 minutes on average". Ha! With a mobile, you would take YEARS and spend more on electricity than you would earn.
The next time you see an app promising "free mobile mining", remember that if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is a lie. And if someone tells you otherwise, they surely have a referral code they want to sell you.
