Man, the Telegram bots are changing the crypto game, right? I use some and let me tell you, it's a whole new level of convenience! I can trade without being glued to the screens all day.

Bots are basically programs that connect to the Telegram API and allow trading directly in the app. Unibot, for example, is one of the most famous - it allows for quick trades with a 1% fee. I find this fee outrageous, but people seem not to care due to the convenience it brings.

It works like this: you chat with the bot, place your orders, check your balance, everything is super straightforward. Many of these bots use technical indicators like RSI and MACD to help you with decisions. The best part is that I can set stop-loss and take-profit automatically.

There are several types: there are those that only send signals, the arbitrage ones ( that I loved using when the market was more stable ), execution bots, and even those that manage your entire portfolio. Competition is getting fierce in this sector.

To use one, it's simple: choose a reliable bot (it's hard to find a really good one), connect your account to the exchange by granting API permissions (always afraid of that), configure your strategies and learn the commands. After that, just monitor and hope it doesn't go wrong.

The benefits are obvious - automation, access to real-time data, less emotional influence in decisions. But these risks give me chills! Security is always a concern when we give access to our API keys. I've already lost some money because of a poorly configured bot.

Even so, I think the bots are here to stay. We just need to be smart when choosing which ones to trust our hard-earned money with.
