Launch a coin? Enough with this digital nonsense!
When I find myself stuck between two options, the first thing I think of is to pull a coin out of my pocket and toss it in the air. How simple! But nooo, now everything has to be digital and complicated. Why do we need so many applications for something so basic? It's absurd!
I have tried these digital simulators and, honestly, they seem like a waste of time to me. Google with its "instant coin launch"... do we really believe it's random? Ha! It must be programmed to favor big corporations in some way.
The false digital randomness
Look, I'm going to tell you a secret that developers don't want you to know: NO digital system is truly random. Those "advanced" algorithms are just jargon to make you believe you have the same chance of heads or tails. It's a lie! A real coin has imperfections, irregular weight, the way you flip it... that's true randomness.
Companies Exploiting Our Indecision
Have you noticed the amount of advertising that appears when using these apps? They are monetizing even our most insignificant decisions. "Flip a coin to choose a restaurant" and they bombard you with food ads. I wouldn't be surprised if they manipulated the results to benefit their sponsors.
Blockchain and coin launches... really?
Do they want to put blockchain in coin launches now? Please! Do we need to spend energy to decide if we eat pizza or hamburgers? It's the height of technological stupidity. Every time I hear "blockchain" in contexts like this, I lose a little faith in humanity.
I launched a digital coin 100 times and got exactly 50 heads and 50 tails. Doesn't that seem suspicious to you? The real odds don't work like that. Nature is imperfect.
My personal experience
I tried using FlipSim to decide whether to invest in a crypto project. The app crashed right when I needed it the most. What a confidence! In the end, I flipped a real coin and it turned out much better. I invested, lost money, but at least it was MY decision, not that of a faulty algorithm.
Schools using these simulators to teach probability... what will the children learn? To trust digital black boxes? They should be flipping real coins, feeling the weight of the metal, the thrill of the spin.
When you need to make a decision, take a real moneda out of your pocket. If you don't have one, borrow it. The feeling of the moneda spinning in the air is irreplaceable. And if you really have no alternative, use Google, but don't blindly trust the result.
Technology should simplify our lives, not complicate such simple acts as tossing a coin.
