The logic of common-sense investing seems simple, but in reality, it is very difficult. This is because true "common sense" is not the excitement in news headlines, nor the beautiful curves produced by backtesting in Excel, but rather a long-term gaze at human nature, cycles, and geopolitical differences. It requires you to dare to delete all the flashy valuation model analyses with one click when everyone else says no, and to say yes based on the simple and fundamental knowledge of supply, demand, and common sense.
