[Block Rhythm] On September 25, according to Bloomberg, AML Company alleged in a federal lawsuit that Bitcoin ATM operator Athena Bitcoin Inc. was involved in a "fraud scheme" to steal the computer source code used for Bitcoin ATMs from AML Software Inc., constituting copyright infringement and illegal appropriation of trade secrets.

According to the complaint filed in the Federal District Court for the Southern District of Florida, Athena entered into agreements through a series of transactions with entities that it knew were transferring AML Source Code to it.

According to AML, part of the source code is considered a trade secret, and only developers who have signed a non-disclosure agreement are aware of it.
