According to Wu, monitored by @EmberCN, the address suspected to belong to the ENA treasury company StablecoinX has been continuously withdrawing and accumulating ENA since September 16. In the past week, a total of 73.56 million ENA has been transferred from the exchange, valued at approximately 43.88 million USD. On-chain fund movements show that this address is associated with Maven 11 and Dragonfly, both of which are investors in the ENA treasury company.
