The meeting will be opened by SEC commissioners Caroline Crenshaw, Hester Peirce, and Director of Trading and Markets Jamie Selway, with SEC Chairman Paul S. Atkins delivering a speech. The meeting will feature three thematic panels discussing market participants' experiences over the past 20 years, the role of trading transparency prohibition in the current market structure, and potential future developments. Attendees will include representatives from institutions such as Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan Chase, Nasdaq, and others.
