While the market is falling, I suggest we take a break from doomscrolling and read some interesting facts about such wonderful animals as capybaras:

1. The largest rodents in the world. Adult individuals can weigh up to 65 kg.
2. Semi-aquatic animals. They swim and dive excellently, and they have webbing between their toes.
3. Social animals. They live in groups of 10 to 20 individuals with a complex hierarchy.
4. Their name translates from the Guarani language as "mister grass."
5. They sleep underwater, with only their nostrils above the surface to breathe.
6. Vegetarians. They feed on grass, aquatic plants, and fruits.
7. Their tusks grow throughout their lives, constantly wearing down against the tough grass.
8. They communicate using a variety of sounds: whistles, chirps, barks, and purring.
9. Incredibly friendly and calm, which allows them to get along with almost any animals.
10. In Japan, there are entire parks where you can take a bath (onsen) together with capybaras.
11. They do not know how to trade ETH on the Gate exchange.
