David corrected himself, stating that his firm would invest not $1 billion in cryptocurrency, but $762.5 million. He allowed himself to round the figure significantly, probably to attract public attention.

Nakamoto employees received $762.5 million from the merger deal with KindlyMD, which raised over $700 million through the sale of securities. Today, this money is set to be spent on bitcoins, and the transaction process will be filmed to immortalize the moment.
