Recently, I've been receiving private messages from my frens asking why I haven't been as active as before—honestly, it's because my body couldn't take it anymore. These days plagued by cervical spondylosis, I've run all over the hospitals seeking treatment, and I've finally understood what it means to "suffer from illness due to overwork."

After four years of struggling on the chain, how many late nights have I stayed up staring at the screen until dawn, hunching over while glued to the data and forgetting to stretch... Long-term late nights and poor sitting posture have ultimately caused issues with my cervical spine, even starting to compress my spinal cord and nerves. The doctor's words ring like a warning bell in my ears: if I keep this up, surgery might be unavoidable.

So this time I've made up my mind to take a long vacation for myself. To recover well, maintain a regular schedule, and gradually make up for the health I've overdrawn.

When spring warms up and flowers bloom, wait for me to come back with a relaxed and fulfilled state, and we will continue to meet on the chain.
