Here's a heart-wrenching fact: as a headhunter, I receive resumes that are submitted, and as long as the candidate is over 40 years old, unless they have a very strong background, most are directly ignored and won't receive a reply. It's not discrimination; it's just that even if pushed to companies, they are not wanted. For those over 50, it's basically a dead end in the headhunting path. Therefore, for the professionals in the workplace, ideally, one should pave their second path of earning coins before the age of 35.
