Why do many wealthy people continue to work so hard even after they have money?

To make this question a bit more absolute, do wealthy people work harder? Or do poor people work harder? Now, to rephrase the question, is the hard work of poor people voluntary or involuntary? Is the hard work of wealthy people voluntary or involuntary?

The difference between the two lies in "active effort" and "passive effort." Active effort can broaden one's horizons, which can be understood in a worldly sense as "it will amplify your desires," and then it will allow us to see a bigger world, giving you more things you want to do.

Working after achieving success is proactive work, while working only when we are out of money is reactive work. Therefore, you will find that as long as you have a proactive attitude towards work, you don't need to worry about anything else. You are already on the right track; as long as you keep running on the track, even if you run slower than a turtle, you can still reach the finish line.

Whenever you actively put in effort, your efficiency is much higher than when you are passive. If your direction is also correct, your speed of success will multiply, and then you won’t have much to worry about. Too many people lack the mindset of "active" effort; they only work hard for survival/living, choosing to start earning money/working only when they are in a desperate situation. This is passive effort, and it can be troublesome because, at that time, it will be harder for you to experience the motivation that effort brings you.

So when you actively strive and taste the sweetness of success, and when your horizons are broadened, you will have countless things you want to do. You will suddenly realize that the motivation for your work cannot be extinguished. There are many factors driving you forward, such as curiosity, the desire to conquer, and a sense of achievement. These factors cannot be suppressed in your heart, which is one reason why wealthy people become wealthier.
