A curfew continues in downtown Los Angeles due to protest activities; the state of emergency persists.
[Golden Finance] On June 11 local time, the Central Division of the Los Angeles Police Department in California announced that due to ongoing protests, a curfew will continue to be implemented in some areas of downtown Los Angeles from 8 PM local time on the 11th to 6 AM on the 12th. Los Angeles Mayor Bass declared a state of emergency on the 10th, stating that a curfew would be imposed in some areas of downtown from 8 PM that day until 6 AM the following morning. She also mentioned that the curfew may last for several days and that discussions with relevant officials and law enforcement agencies about extending the curfew measures would take place on the 11th.
