Dear user, hello. You can check if there are any open orders in progress. It is recommended that you contact the online customer service and provide a screenshot. You can click on your avatar in the top left corner of the app homepage, then click on the 🎧 icon in the top right corner. After entering, click on online customer service and enter manual customer service.
