The Big Four accounting firm Ernst & Young (EY) announced on April 2nd the upgraded version of its enterprise-grade blockchain Nightfall, "Nightfall_4", officially adopting a zk-SNARKs architecture to achieve faster transaction confirmations and a simplified network structure. EY stated that with the lifting of sanctions on Tornado Cash in the United States, there is an increased acceptance of privacy technologies among enterprises.
