The interest rate cut has finally landed, and there are many comments in the market regarding the favourable information of the interest rate cut landing immediately being unfavourable information. I cannot agree with this; in my opinion, the last interest rate cut is the real favourable information landing immediately being unfavourable information. After the first interest rate cut, I am more optimistic about a gradual increase in market prices!
