Galaxy Digital reported an $85 million net loss for the second quarter of 2026 on Wednesday as declining cryptocurrency valuations reduced its digital asset holdings. The company posted earnings per share of negative $0.09, beating analyst expectations for a loss of $0.28 per share. Revenue declined 15% to $8.7 billion from the prior quarter and missed analyst consensus by approximately $300 million. Galaxy shares fell 7.23% following the earnings announcement. The company's treasury and corporate division recorded a $42 million adjusted gross loss driven by unrealized losses on digital assets, though operating divisions produced $86 million in adjusted gross profit.
