According to Galaxy Digital's Q2 2026 earnings report, the company reported a net loss of $85.31 million, narrowing significantly from Q1's $216.3 million loss. The data center division achieved profitability for the first time, with adjusted EBITDA of $11.49 million, as the 133 MW Helios data center site's first phase was fully delivered to CoreWeave. Galaxy projects the Helios facility will contribute approximately $80 million in quarterly lease revenue starting Q3, with adjusted EBITDA margin expected to exceed 90%.

Galaxy raised $3.5 billion in senior secured notes in late July to fund Helios' second phase expansion and recently acquired three additional Texas sites with combined potential capacity of 2.1 GW, bringing total power pipeline to over 5.7 GW.
