Robinhood Ventures Fund II to List on NYSE on August 13 at $25 Per Share

RVI-0.57%

Robinhood Ventures Fund II (RVII) will list on the New York Stock Exchange on August 13 at $25 per share, with the window to request IPO shares closing August 12. The offering is expected to raise roughly $200 million and will package stakes in approximately 80 early-stage private companies into a retail-accessible investment product.

The launch follows Robinhood Ventures Fund I (RVI), which listed in March at the same $25 price but surged to nearly $77 by late May—a 90% premium to its net asset value—before collapsing back to around $28 by August. RVII employs a hedge-fund-style fee structure of 2% annual management fee plus 20% incentive fee on realized gains, creating a significant hurdle for returns.
