According to Tech Funding News, Robinhood announced today that Robinhood Ventures Fund II (RVII) will launch on the NYSE on August 13 under ticker RVII, targeting up to $200 million to give retail investors access to seed-stage Y Combinator-backed startups. The fund will issue 7.6 million shares at $25 per share and focus on companies currently or formerly part of Y Combinator, as well as firms founded by YC alumni.

The fund currently holds stakes in 80 private companies and charges a 2% annual management fee plus 20% performance fee. Subscription closes on August 12. Unlike Fund I which launched in March, RVII expands its focus specifically to Y Combinator-backed founders and projects.
