According to BlockBeats and Korean Securities Depository data, Tesla's 2X leveraged product TSLL swung from $14.58 million net inflow on August 3 to $7.11 million net outflow on August 4, following South Korea's financial regulator raising the basic margin requirement for single-stock leverage products from 10 million Korean won to 30 million Korean won in cash (from July 31). During the same period, Tesla spot purchases reached $42.3 million, over 5 times the inflow to TSLL. Micron and SanDisk leverage products similarly reversed to net outflows of $15.98 million and $33.74 million respectively, while their spot trades saw inflows of $148 million and $145 million, signaling a shift from leveraged instruments to underlying equities.
