Jin10 reported on August 25 that Haidilao (06862.HK) announced that in terms of restaurant performance, the overall turnover rate of self-operated Haidilao restaurants in the first half of 2025 was 3.8 times/day, with the same-store turnover rate also at 3.8 times/day, and the total number of customers served by Haidilao restaurants reached 189.8 million. The turnover rate and customer flow of Haidilao restaurants decreased in the first half of 2025, mainly due to intensified competition in the dining market and changes in consumer demand. The operating income of Haidilao restaurants was 18.58 billion yuan, accounting for 89.8% of the total income in the first half of 2025.
