DOOD at $0.0023—would you still dare touch it?
It surged from $0.0013 to $0.005, then got cut in half back to $0.0023. Trading volume exploded to hundreds of millions of dollars, yet you can scour the entire internet and not find a single new announcement—was this the last hurrah for blue-chip NFTs, or a pump-and-dump operation cashing out at the top?
First, the surface: it’s crashing, but still up over 7 days.
It’s down 10%-20% in 24 hours, but still up +60%-70% over 7 days. The price broke out on heavy volume from a bottom around $0.0013-$0.0014, surged to near $0.005, and has now pulled back to $0.0023. Its market cap is only around $18 million, with an FDV of about $23 million, yet 24-hour futures trading volume can reach hundreds of millions or even $1 billion—the volume is absurdly high relative to market cap. This isn’t investing; it’s a casino.
The chart says the price is still above short-term moving averages, but the RSI was once overbought and is now pulling back, funding rates are negative, and open interest is fluctuating sharply. Both bulls and bears are betting, and neither side is backing down.
First: a surge without news is both the most dangerous and the most tempting
DOOD’s rally came with virtually no major new project announcements. NFT floor prices rose slightly by 6%-7% over the same period, which some interpret as a sign of correlation, but plainly put, the market has rotated into the NFT/meme sector, and traders are looking for a low-market-cap asset to pump.
This isn’t a fundamentals-driven breakout; it’s driven by sentiment and trading volume.
In a surge without news, sentiment is what rises—and your principal is what falls.
Some analysis indicates that around 690 million DOOD (about 6.9% of the total supply) will be transferred from the treasury to exchange-related addresses in mid-2026. The sword of supply-side selling pressure is already hanging over it.
Second: a blue-chip NFT pedigree can’t save the token
DOOD is the official token of the Doodles NFT project, a blue-chip 10K generative art NFT launched in 2021. It has an established brand, around 120,000 community holders, a total supply of 10 billion, about 7.8 billion in circulation, a high community allocation, and a burn mechanism.
Sounds decent?
But look closely: the token’s actual use cases and revenue model are still at an early stage. Avatar customization, governance voting, ecosystem incentives—these narratives make for a story, but they can’t support today’s high-turnover speculation. Most on-chain activity is on Solana, with a bridge to BSC. Liquidity is thin relative to market cap, so large trades can easily send the price soaring or crashing through support.
Having an established brand doesn’t mean the price has a floor. The past success of blue-chip NFTs does not determine the future of the DOOD token.
Third: the technical picture shows a pullback, not a reversal
After a long consolidation around $0.0013-$0.0014, the price broke out on heavy volume, surged to $0.005, then quickly retreated. At $0.0023 now, it’s in a pullback after a major rally.
Key levels:
Support: $0.0020-$0.0022 (recent pullback low) → $0.0018-$0.0019 (stronger support) → $0.0013-$0.0014 (old consolidation zone; a fall back there would end this brief run)
Resistance: $0.0025-$0.0028 → $0.003 → $0.004-$0.005 (previous high)
Funding rates are negative, meaning shorts pay longs. This suggests bears have the advantage during the pullback, but it could also be fuel for a rebound. The direction hinges on one thing: can $0.0020 hold, and can volume pick up again?
If $0.0020 holds and volume rises, a rebound to $0.0028-$0.0035 is possible; if it breaks decisively below $0.0020 on heavy volume, the next stop is $0.0015-$0.0018.
Don’t mistake a pullback for an entry point, and don’t mistake a rebound for a reversal. The chart of a low-market-cap coin isn’t a trend; it’s a pump-and-dump operator’s ECG.
Bulls versus bears—judge for yourself
On one side:
Still up +60%-70% over 7 days, above short-term moving averages, trend not fully broken
NFT floor prices slightly higher, with plenty of community holders
Negative funding rates, crowded shorts, possible short-squeeze rebound
Low market cap; a little money can push it up
On the other:
No major new announcements, pure sentiment-driven speculation
690 million treasury tokens transferred to exchanges, raising concerns about selling pressure
Down 10%-20% in 24 hours, with high volume and high volatility
Macro conditions are cautious, BTC is hovering around $80,000, and these coins fall harder when the broader market weakens
Thin liquidity; big money calls the shots
Trading strategy
Aggressive short-term trading:
Only try a small long position if it stabilizes at $0.0020-$0.0022 and a bullish candle on rising volume or a bullish divergence appears. Set a strict stop-loss below $0.0019, target $0.0028-$0.0035, and take profits in stages. Add only after it breaks above $0.0025 and holds; don’t chase.
Bearish/stand aside:
If it decisively breaks below $0.0020 on heavy volume, don’t try to catch a falling knife; wait and reassess at $0.0015-$0.0018. Shorting a rebound is only for experienced traders; keep stop-losses tight.
DOOD is only suitable for very small swing-trading positions. Keep leverage below 3-5x; spot is best for watching. This isn’t an asset to load up on and hold at all costs; it’s a chip for short-term speculation. Watch trading volume, funding rates, and changes in OI; watch for treasury transfer news; watch BTC’s direction.
DOOD is now like the liveliest table in the casino—
The most people are gathered around it, chips are flying the fastest, winners are shouting the loudest, and losers leave the quietest.
What you see is a pullback; what the pump-and-dump operators see is you.#Gate最新储备金率达118.49% #Meta财报超预期 #美股AI和加密概念上涨 $BTC $ETH $DOOD
