Intel just had a great quarter. They made a lot of money $16.13 billion to be exact. This is 25% more than they made year. People who watch the company were expecting them to make $14.43 billion so they did a lot better than that. They also made money per share than people thought they would $0.42 instead of $0.21.
Here are some key things that happened:
* Data Center and AI Revenue: this went up 59% from year to $6.26 billion. This is because a lot of people want to use AI and they need Intels products to do that.
* Foundry Revenue: this went up 31% to $5.8 billion.
