MARKET UPDATE
live-cover
LIVE2,335
Bitcoin remained under sustained pressure from the 84,800 level yesterday, falling more than 4,000 points in a one-way move to around 80,800. It made a slight rebound to around 81,300 this morning, but the recovery was limited, and the overall trend remains weak.
Structurally, 84,800 has become a clear short-term dividing line. Trading below that level means the bearish structure remains intact. This morning’s rise looks more like a technical bounce after shorts took profits than the result of active buying. The weak rebound is a key signal: price stalled near 81,300, right at the lower edge o

I bought the dip early on SanDisk, SK hynix, Western Digital, and Micron. Can they still make it to the other side? Can we see another historic deep V-shaped recovery? I’m kind of numb.

$ETH Current price: 2386.62. Key support is the lower Bollinger Band at 2366.42, with resistance at 2400.99 (MA20) and 2435.56 (upper Bollinger Band). The moving-average structure remains bearish: MA5=2387.54 is below MA20=2400.99, and the price is hugging the lower band. It is down 3.79% over 24 hours, indicating weak consolidation rather than a breakdown.
In detail, RSI=35.7 is nearing oversold territory, while the MACD histogram is +0.6667 and remains in bullish territory. This slight divergence from the price making a new low suggests downside momentum is fading. The funding rate of +0.005

Why Are Trading Plans More Likely to Go Awry When Liquidity Is Lower?
In cryptocurrency trading, there is a situation that can easily be confusing:
You have already set a buy price, but when the trade is executed, you find that the price is different.
Or you want to sell at a certain price, but only after the order is filled do you realize the amount you actually received is lower than expected.
This does not necessarily mean something is wrong with the trading platform.
One important reason may be that the market price you see does not necessarily mean the market has enough liquidity for you

Vance’s line, “China buys cheap fuel while American drivers are stuck with expensive diesel,” sounds pretty scary, but it’s just shifting the blame for domestic fuel prices onto someone else. China buying Russian oil is a market decision; expensive diesel in the U.S. is a matter of its own refineries and logistics. They’re two separate things. By his logic, anyone in the world who buys something cheap should get called out. If you think I’m talking nonsense, take a screenshot and save it.

October 23 Gold Morning Brief
Gold saw a one-way collapse yesterday, falling from around $4,145 and successively breaking through support at 4,100/4,080/4,050, before hitting a low near $4,021. The daily chart formed a large bearish candle, with bearish momentum fully unleashed.
Fundamentally, rate hike expectations are a sword hanging over the market. Markets put the probability that the Fed will hold rates steady in October at 84%, but the probability of a rate hike in December remains as high as 90%. This “short-term wait-and-see, year-end tightening” setup means that no rate hike in Octobe

Why is chasing the market when it suddenly accelerates more likely to leave you holding the bag?
Have you ever experienced this?
BTC has been moving sideways for a long time, then suddenly rallies continuously.
You were still waiting on the sidelines, but seeing the price rise rapidly, you worried about missing the opportunity and bought immediately.
But as soon as you bought in, the price started to pull back.
Watching the unrealized gains in your account disappear quickly, you start to wonder: Why does the market change direction every time I enter?
Actually, this doesn't necessarily mean th

Before opening a position, how do you decide whether a trade is worth taking?
When traders see the market starting to move, their first reaction is often:
Is it too late to buy now?
But the more important question to ask first is:
If this trade goes as expected, how much could I gain? If it goes wrong, how much could I lose?
Whether a trade is worth taking cannot be judged solely by whether the price is about to rise. You also need to assess potential gains, possible losses, the probability of success, and trading costs.
Let’s look at a simple example.
Suppose you’re considering a trade:

AMD rose 3.36%, but this AI chip rally isn't purely “sentiment-driven”
Yesterday, AMD rose 3.36% to close at $552.72, NVDA rose 2.54% to close at $221.97, and the Philadelphia Semiconductor Index gained 1.97% overall. Looking only at the candlestick chart, it would be easy to attribute this to an “AI sentiment recovery.” But the basis for AMD's rally is different from a purely sentiment-driven rebound.
The core logic is on the order front. AMD's MI450 chip received a binding deployment commitment: OpenAI committed to deploying six gigawatts of MI450 computing capacity and holds warrants for up
