Before this rally, the phrase I heard most was “fake breakout, don’t chase it.” To be honest, I hesitated at the time too. After all, I’ve seen this script too many times: it shoots up, only to get dumped right back down. But some things can’t be judged by appearances alone. Volume doesn’t lie, and the strength of the breakout clearly showed that this was no joke.

For me, the key zone now is $79,000–$79,400. If BTC keeps struggling there and starts losing momentum on the lower timeframes, a pullback setup starts to look more interesting.

Bitcoin ETF demand woke up.
after months dominated by outflows, the last week brought roughly $2B back into spot ETFs while $BTC remains well below its highs. TLDR: BTFD (if given).

A Coldcard firmware flaw has been linked to the theft of 1,082.65 $BTC from 1,196 Bitcoin addresses in just 41 minutes on July 30. The stolen Bitcoin was worth roughly $70 million at the time.
The scary part is how the attack worked.
A firmware integration error caused certain Coldcard releases to use a deterministic software random-number generator instead of the device’s hardware RNG. This potentially made some wallet seeds reproducible without physically accessing the device.
In other words, the attacker didn't need your PIN, device, or recovery phrase.
